Poultry House / Building: • Power wash shafts, vents, and other surfaces efficiently with water. • Newly washed equipment are replaced inside.     II. Equipment Disinfectant: • Clean equipments. • Dip in BIXLER at 1 : 200. • Return equipment to the poultry house to avoid recontamination of pathogens in the environment. • Flush out drinker lines with 1:3,000 at the end of every cycle of broiler and layer production.     III. Hatchery Disinfection: • Wash down tray deck equipment after egg sorting. • Drying time 10-15 minutes. • Fumigate room with BIXLER 1:5. • For egg storage areas, wash floor areas daily. • Fog daily with BIXLER 1 : 5 the egg storage areas. • Trolleys should also be washed, be left in the room for fogging. • Buggies and trays must be washed with BIXLER at 1 : 200. • Remove all debris from the hatchery. IV. Setter Rooms: • After candling the eggs, surfaces, floors and walls should be washed daily. The surfaces should be dried. • Apply BIXLER 1 : 200 on surfaces. Then, fumigate at the end of the day at 1:5. • Setter trays should be taken to wash area to be cleaned and soaked with BIXLER at 1 : 400.       V. Vaccination And Holding Rooms: • Wash all surfaces including work tops, sexing tables, chairs. Leave for 30 minutes to dry. • BIXLER at 1 : 200. • Fog Room- at the end of the day with BIXLER at 1 : 5.     VI. Corridors: • Remove soil or organic materials before disinfection. Spray with BIXLER 1 : 400. VII.
